SlideMorph is a project, founder-operated. There is no legal entity yet. This notice does not pretend we are a Ltd, LLC, or any other company.

We process your details only to contact you about SlideMorph early access — a launch note and related product updates. This is not a product login, not an account, and not a credit or billing signup. Legal basis: the contact-consent checkbox on the form.

Use a work email. You must be 16 or older. Do not submit someone else’s address. Do not put client names, deal details, or secrets in the optional pain field.

If you join, we store:

• Email — required, so we can contact you about early access.
• Optional pain text — free text you type (up to 280 characters).
• UTM / source — utm_source, utm_medium, utm_campaign, and an optional source string from the page URL if present.
• Technical — a truncated browser user agent; a one-way hash of your IP (salted, used only for abuse limits); the time of signup; and the time you accepted contact consent.

The waitlist database is hosted on Supabase in the EU (London, eu-west-2). We are EU-oriented where practical.

• Sell waitlist emails or any other waitlist data.
• Share them with advertisers.
• Use this form as a product login or credit account.
• Run the presentation generator from this marketing site.

We keep waitlist emails and pain answers until SlideMorph public launch and for up to 12 months after, or until you ask us to delete them — whichever comes first. If we shut down the waitlist earlier, we delete within 30 days unless you already joined the product.

You can ask us to delete your waitlist data at any time. Email privacy@slidemorph.com (subject: Delete waitlist data).
